Dorothy and her Children

Seven years ago, Doctors Albert Steiner and Pascal created a computer, Dorothy. Dorothy is much more like a sentient being than a computer, self-restoration, and the ability to evolve by generating new cellular circuitry and deleting the obsolete system information. She quickly surpasses all other computers, becoming the Michelangelo City's mother computer.
However, she beings to question the right humans have to dominate her. Why is it wrong for her to kill people when people kill each other? Steiner speaks philosophically to Dorothy of God, hoping to reason her away from the path she is heading towards.

• God created humans on the Earth, therefore humans must obey God.
• We created you, therefore we are your God and you must obey our will.

It seems for a time Dorothy understands what Steiner says-- but in actually she has decided that she will become a God, so she begins to tamper with human genetics, in order to create her own race. Dubbed the Family Project, she creates humans with enhanced abilities, the Galerians, who will follow her will without question and crush those that defy her..
