Lilia is the daughter of Doctor Pascalle. She had the virus program implanted within her brain when she was a child by her father, who whisked her away into hiding not long after. She has been hiding the whole time, telepathically calling out to her father and Rion to come find her. When Rion finally finds her, she is hiding in Babylon Hotel.

Lilia seems to believe that Rion is the real Rion. When Cain declares that Rion is a Galerian that Dorothy placed the real Rion's memories into so that he would bring Lilia to her, Lilia does back away from Ron a bit but quickly shouts to Rion that what Cain says isn't the truth. As Rion is dying, she holds him and assures him he is the only Rion in the world.
