I'm usually ridiculously verbose when it comes to summaries but I'm going to make this so ultra short and sweet, I'll use an unordered list.

Rion awakes as a result of Lilia's telepathic calls for help in Michelangelo Memorial Hospital.
Learns of his abilities as he is attacked by hospital staff and security
Learns of his identity and address from computer, is attacked by Dr Rem; destroys Rem
Take a train home.
At home he has flashbacks and learns of his parents death
Program left by father explains what Dorothy is and how Rion and Lilia must destroy Dorothy
Meets and faces off with Birdman; Birdman is killed
Heads to Babylon Hotel to find Lilia.
Meets and faces off with Rainhart; Rainhart is killed.
Finds Lilia. Is confronted by Rita; Rita is killed.
Heads to Mushroom Tower
Meets Cain. Is told he is not the real Rion. Faces off with Cain; Cain is killed.
Ascends Mushroom; Succesfully launches virus program; Dorothy is destroyed
Rion 'dies'; Lilia holds Rion's body high up in the destroyed Mushroom Tower.
